Kevin Mencarelli is the founder and president of HighRidge Insurance Services. He has been
providing insurance services to clients since 1991. He started his career with Allstate
Insurance in the personal lines department and has worked on both the broker and company side
of the insurance industry since then. Kevin has:
- worked for a small regional agency selling both property and casualty and group benefits insurance to businesses of 2-250 employees.
- managed the sales force of a start up company that specialized in combining workers’ compensation and group benefits in California.
- served as president of a California agency, and grew the agency organically from $7M to $16M in revenue in 4 years.
- served as COO of Western Retail for a national brokerage firm, and was intimately involved with numerous acquisitions of other agencies whose revenues ranged from a low of $500,000 to a high of $24M.
